Most of the houses in Carolina Forest are newer builds. Vinyl siding, two-car garages, concrete driveways. People move in and figure they’re set for a few years. Then the driveway turns green, the north side of the siding goes gray, and the roof starts showing black streaks. Doesn’t take long. The humidity out here doesn’t care how new the house is.
We do a lot of house washes and driveway cleanings in Carolina Forest. Quick work, and the difference is noticeable. We also handle painting on homes that have been through enough summers that the builder’s paint is starting to go.
