Downtown Conway has homes built in the early 1900s — original wood siding, old porch columns, single-hung windows with wood trim that needs scraping and painting every few years. You can’t just blast that stuff with high pressure. We use low pressure on old wood and take our time. The prep on a job like that matters more than anything else.
