Socastee runs along 501 and 544, west of Myrtle Beach. Some of it is older neighborhoods that have been there since the 1970s. Some of it is newer subdivisions. There are rural properties at the edges with long gravel driveways and big concrete pads that haven’t been cleaned in years. The range is wide.
We cover the whole area. Older houses need low-pressure washing and careful prep before paint. Newer ones mostly need a good house wash and driveway cleaning every couple of years. Roofs out here get the same black streaks as anywhere else — soft washing takes that off without pulling granules off the shingles.
If you’re not sure whether we work in your part of Socastee, just call. We probably do.
